Background:

Nurul Izza currently is a lecturer in Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). Appointed on 6 August 2007, she has assisted the Behavioural Science course in preparing for the lectures, examinations, seminars and other activities related to the course. She also assisted in most of the students’ activities in USIM.

She graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia and obtained the Bachelor of Human Sciences (Psychology) degree with honours in 2007. Her major in Psychology was further specialized in Industrial/Organizational Psychology which concentrated in the management of personnel in an organization. During her period of 4-year study, she was actively involved in co-curricular activities especially in cultural activities. She also was keen in social/community services that she involved in various programmes related to it.

She had a previous job as a project coordinator in an ICT consultancy firm on a 5-month contract period. The brief working experience includes in handling the administration and staff management which aid to the smooth flow of the project.

Her interest is in the field of health which can be of a health psychology or health promotion.
